THERE ARE PLENTY of people who think that a huge, public proposal on national TV or at a sports event would be the most romantic thing in the world.

Last night, it went pretty well for the couple on The Late Late Show.

But that’s not always the case. There are plenty of people who think it’s an unfair thing to do, and that it puts way too much pressure on the person being proposed to if they’re unsure. So much could go wrong.
